Linen Collection 2025: Trend Analysis
How Do We Work?
We combine catwalk analysis (notably Celine and YSL) with in-store benchmarking in fashion capitals like London, Paris, Tokyo, and Seoul. This dual approach ensures our trends for Mango Man SS2025 are both aspirational and commercially viable.
Key Trends Identified:
Earthy Neutrals & Utility: Olive, sand, khaki, cream, ochre; chore jackets, overshirts, patch pockets
Relaxed Tailoring: Unstructured blazers, wide-leg trousers, open collars
Design Recommendations:
Prioritize linen and organic cotton
Use muted, natural color palettes
Focus on modular, easy-to-layer pieces
Summary:
My analysis ensures Mango Man’s SS2025 linen collection is on-trend, commercial, and globally relevant.
WORK IN PROGRESS
Process of inspiration gathering, color card creation, fabric research, in-store benchmarking of garments, and providing inputs for visual merchandising and global store division.
CASE STUDY: TANGIERI
GODO TOURNAMENT 2024 - UNIFORM CREATION
From the initial meetings with the Godo committee, the project progressed through the development of a dedicated color palette and the gathering of inspiration. The process included structuring the uniform collection, collaborating closely with both the 3D department and the womenswear team, and overseeing product fittings to ensure optimal performance and style.
COLLECTION PRESENTATION 2024 ONLINE & IN-STORE
The Godo Tournament collection was strategically showcased both online and in a mock-up store environment. The process began with the curation of digital assets and product imagery tailored for e-commerce platforms, ensuring a seamless and engaging online shopping experience. Simultaneously, I collaborated with the visual merchandising team to design a mock-up store layout, focusing on product placement, storytelling, and customer journey.
SUMMER VIBES – JUNE 2023 COLLECTION
For the Summer Vibes – June 2023 collection, I contributed to the overall collection structure, developed the color palette, and drew inspiration from vibrant summer themes. I was also responsible for creating original print designs that brought energy and cohesion to the collection, helping to define its playful and fresh identity.
At Mango, I contribute to the development of menswear collections, supporting the Creative Director throughout all stages of the creative process. My responsibilities include translating the direction team’s ideas into visual concepts—starting from the collection title and concept, conducting in-depth color research, creating illustrations, and shaping visual storytelling aligned with retail strategy.
